What Will it Cost

The cost for this service is Ł10.00 per hour with a minimum charge of one hour.
New customers are asked to pay for two hours in advance (any surplus will be refunded).

Copy certificates, prints from microfilm and photocopies will be charged at cost price
Postal charges
Digital Photography
Travelling expenses, ie rail fare, or car parking charges.

It is not always possible to estimate how long a search will take - some Parish Registers are not indexed, so it is sometimes necessary to trawl through records, which may be difficult to read. Please consider this when thinking about a time limit.

I will prepare a confidential report on all information I have gathered (positive and negative) and this will be sent to you along with a copy of your family tree and other supporting documentation.

How to Pay

If you are in the UK you can pay by cheque or by Credit Card through PayPal. Overseas customers are requested to pay by Credit Card through Paypal or by International Money Order in GBP.
